How it works

Lights up. Doors open.

Encore is where acts and rooms find each other. Artists join free. Venues, businesses and private hosts take a membership. What happens on stage is up to you. Pick your side:

1

Step out

Sign in and choose who you are tonight. Every persona gets their own profile, settings and bookings.

2

Build your act

Stage name, a cropped portrait, genres, your rates, clips, and your Pulsify, Facebrowser, Crown District and Chirp. Set the hours you are free.

3

Get booked

Requests land in your Bookings. Accept (with a short note if you like) or decline. Or browse open Gigs and apply to the ones you like.

4

Take the stage

After the show, TGM staff confirm it. Finished gigs earn badges, and you can ask for an Official TGM Review.

Backstage questions

The green room FAQ

Does it cost anything to be an artist?

Not a cent. Making a profile, applying to gigs and taking requests is free, always.

What does a membership get me?

The keys to the green room. Members see full artist profiles (bio, clips, availability), send booking requests, post gigs and answer applications.

What happens when my membership ends?

You just cannot send new requests until you renew. Bookings already confirmed stay confirmed. It does not renew by itself, and we will remind you before it ends.

If I renew early, do I lose my time?

Never. Renewing while active adds to your end date. It does not reset.

Who pays the artist, and how much does Encore take?

You pay the artist directly, as you agree together. Encore takes no cut of the performance and does not hold the money, so keep your word and keep the receipts.

What is the gold check?

Artists can get verified: pay a one-time fee, meet TGM in person, and earn a gold check beside their name. It comes with search boosts, a lineup spot, bigger profile limits and a free month to give a venue. See the Verified page.

Is there a discount?

Longer plans cost less per month: 10% off for 3 months, 20% off for 6. TGM also hands out promo codes now and then. Type yours in the "Have a code?" box on the Membership page. Free-month codes are added on the spot, discount codes come off your checkout.

How do referrals work?

Every booker gets a referral key on the Membership page. When a friend who is new to Encore buys a 3 or 6 month membership and enters your key, you get a free month. It is added the moment their payment clears.

Can I save artists to look at later?

Tap the heart on any artist and they land on your shortlist. Open it from the filters on the Artists page.

Can a gig repeat every week?

Yes. When you post a gig, pick Every week or Every 2 weeks and how many dates. Each date can be filled on its own, and the whole series counts as one open gig.

How do reviews work?

Once TGM confirms a booking, both sides can leave a star rating and a few words. Reviews show on artist and venue pages. Be fair, be kind. Staff can hide anything abusive. The Official TGM Review is a separate thing, written by staff.

Can I get a refund on a membership?

No. Memberships are non-refundable once paid. (( If Encore is ever shut down, TGM will refund the paid time you have left on your membership. Refunds are handled by TGM staff, out of character. )) Read the terms if you want the fine print.

Can one persona be an artist and run a venue?

One or the other. (( Each GTA:W character is either an artist or a venue/booker. Use a different character for the other role. ))

I paid and nothing changed. Now what?

Give it a minute and refresh. If it still has not appeared, do not pay again. Tell TGM staff. (( Payments go through Fleeca and are matched once the bank confirms. ))

What are badges and the Official TGM Review?

Badges come from finished, confirmed gigs and are just for glory. An Official TGM Review is written by a TGM staff member after meeting you in person. It is optional, and it shines on your page.

How do I report a problem?

Use Report a problem on the booking and staff will take a look. Be kind, be straight, and no fake bookings.

What time zone are the times in?

(( Everything on Encore is UTC, which is server time. ))

Ready when you are.
