The house rules.

Short version: artists join free, bookers pay a membership, and what a booker and an artist agree between themselves is between them.

(( Encore by TGM is an out-of-character tool for arranging roleplay performances on GTA World. All performances and payments are fictional and use in-game currency only. Not affiliated with or endorsed by GTA World. All GTA:W rules must be followed at all times, on Encore and in every booking, performance and conversation that comes from it. ))

1. What Encore is

1. 1.1Encore by TGM ("Encore", "we") lists performers ("Artists") and lets venues, businesses and individuals ("Bookers") find them, post gigs and request bookings.
2. 1.2Encore is a matchmaker. We do not employ Artists and we are not a party to the agreement between a Booker and an Artist.
3. 1.3Each persona has their own profile, venue page, membership and bookings, and is either an Artist or a Booker, never both. (( Every GTA:W character is treated separately, so each character needs their own profile and membership. ))

2. Artists join free

1. 2.1Creating an Artist profile, applying to gigs, receiving requests and accepting or declining them costs nothing.
2. 2.2Artists do not book other Artists.
3. 2.3(( You are responsible for what you put on your profile: photos, logos, links, clips and text. Only share what is yours to share, and keep it in good taste. ))
4. 2.4Verified artists. An Artist may apply to be verified for a one-time fee of $5,000. The fee is non-refundable, covers the time TGM staff spend meeting and reviewing the Artist, and does not guarantee approval. TGM staff decide whether to award the gold check, and their decision is final. We may remove it for abuse or rule-breaking without refund, and the perks that come with it may change over time. (( The meeting happens in game, in character. ))

3. Booker membership

1. 3.1A Booker needs an active membership to see full Artist profiles, send booking requests, post gigs and answer applications.
2. 3.2Memberships are sold as 1 month for $10,000, 3 months for $27,000 or 6 months for $48,000. The price at the time of purchase applies.
3. 3.3Each membership belongs to one persona. (( One character, one membership. It does not carry over to your other characters. ))
4. 3.4Renewing adds time. Buying more while a membership is active extends the current end date. It never resets or shortens it.
5. 3.5Memberships do not renew automatically. When one ends, the Booker cannot send new requests until they renew. Bookings already confirmed stay confirmed. We will remind you before it ends.
6. 3.6Memberships are non-refundable once paid, including if the Booker stops using Encore, or loses access for breaking these terms. (( If Encore is ever shut down, TGM will refund the paid time you have left on your membership. Refunds are handled by TGM staff, out of character. ))
7. 3.7Encore may grant complimentary membership time at its discretion.
8. 3.8(( Payment is made through Fleeca, in game dollars. A purchase only counts once the bank confirms it. If you paid and nothing changed after a few minutes, contact TGM staff and do not pay again. ))
9. 3.9Promo and comp codes are issued by TGM. A code may give free months or a discount, can expire or be limited, has no cash value, and cannot be sold or traded. (( Each code can be used once per character. ))
10. 3.10Referrals. Every booker has a referral key. When a newcomer buys a first membership of 3 or 6 months and enters your key at checkout, you receive 1 free month once their payment is confirmed. (( A character can only be referred once, and never by one of their own account's characters. )) We may withhold or remove rewards from fake or abusive referrals.

4. Paying for the performance

1. 4.1Encore takes no cut of a performance fee. The rate is agreed and paid directly between the Booker and the Artist.
2. 4.2Encore does not hold, collect or guarantee that payment. Both sides are responsible for honoring what they agree.
3. 4.3Rates and packages on a profile are an offer to start from. The final terms are whatever the booker and the artist agree.

5. Bookings and gigs

1. 5.1A booking is confirmed when the Artist accepts a request, or when a Booker accepts an Artist's application to a gig. Either side may cancel before it takes place.
2. 5.2Once a booking is confirmed, each side sees the other's in-game phone number (and Chirp handle and Facebrowser link, if given) so the details can be sorted out in the city. Use them for that booking only. (( TGM staff can see them too, and reports go to TGM staff. ))
3. 5.3(( All times on Encore are UTC, which is server time. ))

6. Conduct

1. 6.1Act in good faith. (( Harassment, impersonation, fake listings, fake bookings and fake reviews are not allowed. ))
2. 6.2(( Do not use Encore to set up bookings that never happen, to farm milestones, or to get around the membership. ))
3. 6.3(( We may remove content, hide a profile or gig, suspend or ban a member, and revoke membership time for abuse, without refund. ))
4. 6.4Encore is not responsible for anything that happens outside it.

7. GTA:W rules

1. 7.1(( All GTA:W rules must be followed at all times. This includes the server rules, the rules on roleplay conduct, and the rules on in-game money, businesses and advertising. Nothing in these terms overrides them. ))
2. 7.2(( If anything on Encore conflicts with a GTA:W rule, the GTA:W rule wins. Members who break GTA:W rules through Encore may lose access and any remaining membership time without refund, and may be reported to GTA:W staff. ))
3. 7.3(( Encore is run by TGM and is not run, reviewed or endorsed by GTA World. ))

8. Completion, milestones and reviews

1. 8.1A booking counts as completed once it has ended and Encore staff confirm it. Staff decisions on completion, disputes and milestones are final.
2. 8.2Milestones and badges are recognition only and have no cash value. (( They may be removed if they were earned through fake or abusive bookings. ))
3. 8.3An Official TGM Review is written by TGM staff after meeting the member. It is optional, shown on the member's page, and may be retracted by us.
4. 8.4Member reviews. After TGM confirms a booking, each side can leave the other a star rating and a short comment, once. Keep it honest and fair. (( Staff may hide reviews that are abusive, fake or off-topic, and reviews between a member's own characters are not allowed. ))

9. Privacy

1. 9.1We show your name and what you choose to put on your profile. (( Your GTA World account name is never shown to other members. ))
2. 9.2Full Artist profiles are visible to members, staff and the Artist.

10. Changes and contact

1. 10.1We may update these terms or the membership prices. Changes apply to memberships bought after the update.
